Welcome! I'm Kalei, the founder of Human Design Business School™.
My journey into Human Design began after I experienced major corporate burnout.
Before entrepreneurship, I worked a high-profile finance job where I learned how to make a lot of money for both myself and others… but honestly it all felt pretty meaningless.
When I lost my health in 2021, I realized I was definitely on the wrong path but didn’t yet have the clarity I have now on how to course correct.
That’s when Human Design found me. I say “found me” because that’s what happened.
You know that quote…“When the student is ready, the teacher appears.”
Human Design found me during the darkest time in my life and quickly became the guiding light (more like burning torch) away from a career that had all but killed me.
When I discovered I’m a Generator who is designed to be fueled by work that I’m passionate about and truly energizes me… I said “see ya” to my corporate career.
My finance experience enabled me to make a quick pivot into entrepreneurship… and sets me apart in the Human Design space due to my unique perspective on monetization and wealth creation.
My strongest gift in my Human Design is Gift 45, which forms of the channel of money. This gift, combined with my Line 2 profile, enables me to be very effective in teaching our students how to leverage their natural gifts to grow their business strategically.
